An event that passes through four companies loses something at every handover. We keep the whole chain inside the studio, from the first question to the last night on site.
01
Concept & creative direction
The overall vision for an event and its parts, shaped around who the client is and what the occasion is for.
Every project starts with one question: what is the story worth telling here? We develop the concept the whole experience rests on — the idea, the narrative, the running order, the routes a visitor takes — before a single visual element gets drawn.
02
Visual identity & design
An identity coherent enough to read in every detail, from print to the gift in someone's hand.
We build the visual systems events run on — mark, pattern, colour, type — then apply them to every surface: wayfinding, print, screen, invitations, and the commemorative pieces made for that occasion alone.
03
Spatial, 3D & exhibition design
Turning an identity into an environment that is lived in, not merely looked at.
From pavilion to stage to the visitor's route: we design space with visual awareness and architectural intent, and hand over drawings ready to build from — not renders that fall apart on contact with a site.
04
Fabrication & build
Producing and installing on site, to a standard that survives inspection.
Our production side turns a complicated design into something that can actually be installed, on schedule. We run the supply chain, the suppliers and the programme — because a design that cannot be built on time is not a design.
05
Operations & field management
Running the day itself: programme, crew, protocol and delegation movement.
Most of what an event looks like is decided weeks out; what it feels like is made on the day. We take the full operation — attendee flow, crew schedules, official ceremony, and coordination with the security and regulatory bodies.
06
Media production & logistics
Full coverage, logistics, and the campaigns that run alongside.
The main film, live broadcast, documentation, digital content and influencer campaigns — plus the logistics that move crews, equipment and delegations, inside the Kingdom and well beyond it.
What do you need?
Most projects start with a short call — who you are, what the occasion is, and who it's for. Send us two lines about what you have in mind.
